  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Weight: [1 – ∞ kg]
  • Rate: ₹70 + ₹40 per additional kg
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
• South India:
  • Weight: [0 – 0.99 kg]
  • Rate: ₹130
  • Delivery Time: 4-6 business days
  • Weight: [1 – ∞ kg]
  • Rate: ₹130 + ₹80 per additional kg
  • Delivery Time: 4-6 business days
• North India:
  • Weight: [0 – 0.99 kg]
  • Rate: ₹210
  • Delivery Time: 6-8 business days
  • Weight: [1 – ∞ kg]
  • Rate: ₹210 + ₹180 per additional kg
  • Delivery Time: 6-8 business days

2. Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Non-Processing Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• High Volume Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Confirmation Email: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking numbers.
• Tracking Activation: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

• Liability: D-Care Dental Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Claim Requirements: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• International Shipping: Certain items may not be available for international shipping due to size, weight, or destination restrictions.

6. Delivery Issues

• Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. D-Care Dental Solutions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
